  Short-Version Nutrient Analysis

• Who should have a Nutrient Analysis done? Everyone.
• Why? You are what you eat. It provides a profile of your health status. A simple example, is individuals who do not consume enough foods high in calcium, magnesium, vitamin D or other nutrients may have bone density problems.

Introduction

In today’s fast paced world, it is difficult for Americans to eat properly. Are you consuming enough daily fruits and vegetables to assure proper levels of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, carotenoids, fiber and other nutrients? How about enough essential fatty acids? Today with the added stress, environmental pollutants and artificial substances found in our foods there is greater oxidative stress generating more free radicals in our bodies. A person may feel great for years and then are told that they have a rehabilitating disorder. It is critical to take a little time out of your hectic schedules to take a look at yourselves. It may add years to your life and provide you with more time to spend with family and friends. Depression, arthritis, cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal disorder and other conditions may be improved by making changes to what we consume on a daily basis. It all begins with taking a look at yourself through a total Nutrient Analysis.

Another factor is that there are products on the market that are not effective according to scientific research. The goal is to help you make wise choices about your diet by providing educational information based on scientific research of the ingredient. For example, a company may sprinkle 10 botanicals in a product but none of them may be at effective dosages. Some minerals may be added at excessive levels that can cause other nutrient deficiencies.

If you chose to take the next step and have a Full-Version Nutrient Analysis performed you will be provided with personalized time to discuss your Nutrient Analysis. It will provide you with education on the research behind the ingredients (vitamins, minerals, herbs, etc.) that you may be taking.
